I'll dedicate this posting to all of those who loved Slade when they were growing up, especially my mate Leighton. For some odd reason Slade ended up getting mixed in with all the Glam rockers of the day. But when you look at those bands only Sweet came anywhere close to being as good as Noddy Holder and the boys.
